About Dr. Ron

A Lifetime Dedicated to Pediatric Chiropractic Excellence

Dr. Ron Castellucci has spent his career doing one thing with extraordinary focus: helping chiropractors believe in themselves when it comes to caring for children. A 1988 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic, he has dedicated more than three decades to pediatric chiropractic education, clinical excellence, and the art of teaching.

Dr. Ron currently serves as a Professor of Clinical Sciences at Sherman College of Chiropractic, where he teaches full spine analysis and technique, pediatric adjusting, and business communication skills. He is a sought-after international lecturer at
chiropractic symposiums around the world, bringing his signature blend of clinical depth, hands-on precision, and genuine warmth to practitioners at every stage of their careers.

A Proven System for Confident Pediatric Adjusting

As an instructor for the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), Dr. Ron teaches a distinctive analysis and adjusting system built around gentle techniques that honor the natural biomechanics of a child’s developing spine. Dr. Castellucci is the creator of two systems developed to bring greater confidence and certainty to the
pediatric adjustment. The Touchpoints Analysis System is a muscle-based approach to spinal analysis specifically adapted for pediatric patients, giving practitioners a reliable and repeatable method for identifying subluxation in even the smallest spine. His specialized pediatric adjusting techniques translate that analysis into gentle, specific corrections, equipping chiropractors with the skill and assurance to work effectively with their youngest practice members.

Dr. Ron is a member of the prestigious Academy of Chiropractic Philosophers and serves as an academic advisor for the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice. His commitment to the profession extends from the classroom to the seminar stage, always grounded in the belief that a more confident chiropractor means better care for more children.

When he’s not teaching, Dr. Ron can be found fly-fishing, hiking, or exploring the world alongside his wife, Doreen.

Philosophy

Dr. Ron’s teaching philosophy is built on a simple conviction: learning is a human experience before it is an academic one. Connection, curiosity, and belief in the student come first — everything else follows.

“Love what you teach but love who you teach more.”
“Learning doesn’t happen without connection; relationship must come first.”
“Play transforms learning from obligation to inspiration”
“When you believe in your students, they believe in themselves.”
“Empower students to be self-learners — teach them not to need you.”
This philosophy shapes everything about the Castellucci Pediatric Seminars
experience, from the way content is structured to the way the room feels. Participants don’t just leave with new skills. They leave with a new sense of what they’re capable of.
